JED CLAMPIT
is the quintessential musical artist. His devotion to his craft is self-evident. It's in the music--the way he feels it, plays it and delivers it to an audience that he hopes will embrace it. In his own words, Jed makes it crystal clear. "The thing that supersedes everything is a person's soul. I work an audience so that I'm able to reach their soul, no matter if they're 3 or 83. I sing to that part in each of us that is the same--the heart."
From his humble beginnings in Monticello, Arkansas, Jed has traveled cost-to-coast for more than four decades, developing his unique brand of music. He calls it "Front Porch Contemporary"--a perfect name for the warm, welcoming vocals and easy acoustic melodies that have charmed audiences for so many years.

After a sabbatical, Jed is back on tour with big plans for the future. Currently promoting seven albums; Jed Clampit, Mississippi to Arizona, Gotta Keep on Movin', from which he launched his first national music video, "The Local Girl and the Cowboy". A fourth album Jed Clampit-Front Porch Contemporary Musician, number five Gospel Songs My Family Sang are now on the market.
